The International Journal of Unified Law Research (IJULR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to rigorous, inclusive, and globally engaged legal scholarship. Spanning constitutional law, criminal justice, human rights, environmental governance, technology regulation, and international economic law.
IJULR offers scholars, practitioners, and policymakers a vital platform to examine the most pressing legal issues confronting contemporary societies and legal systems. Rooted in the Indian and South Asian legal tradition while embracing comparative and transnational perspectives, IJULR is committed to amplifying voices from the Global South that have long remained under-represented in mainstream legal literature.
The journal actively welcomes research on access to justice, the rights of marginalised communities, and cross-border legal developments that shape lives across jurisdictions.
As a fully open-access publication, IJULR ensures that all peer-reviewed content is freely and permanently available to readers worldwide, reflecting its commitment to the free exchange of ideas and the advancement of legal scholarship. By removing barriers to access, the journal promotes the wider dissemination of knowledge and encourages meaningful engagement among scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and students across diverse jurisdictions.
